Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Australia only. Someone 18 or over must receive the order, and the courier may ask for ID.
Delivery costs
Orders are sent by Australia Post. The cost is worked out from the weight of your order:
- Up to 3 kg (about 1–2 bottles): $9.99
- 3 kg to 5 kg (about 3 bottles): $14.95
- 5 kg to 10 kg (about 4–6 bottles): $19.95
- Over 10 kg: $29.95
You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Free local delivery
We deliver free to addresses in our local delivery area on orders over $25. The area covers about 10 km around the Perth CBD, and checkout will tell you if your address is in it.
Free delivery for Bonnet Club members
Three Hearts and True Blue members of the Bonnet Club get free standard delivery anywhere in Australia on orders of $100 or more, worked out after any discounts. See the Bonnet Club terms.
Pick up from the cellar door
You can collect your order from our cellar door at 15/2 Pitt Way, Booragoon WA 6154 by arrangement. We will let you know when it is ready.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery time depends on where you live.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email Orders@bonnet.au with your order number and a photo of any damage within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out. See our Refund Policy.
