Crafted from the finest Western Australian ingredients and patiently matured, every bottle is a tribute to the beauty, craftsmanship, and character of Western Australia.
Caramel-forward and richly sweet. When we first drew the bung, the barrel breathed out pure caramel, thick and almost syrupy, closer to a fine brandy than anything you’d expect from a young malt.
Nose. Sweet toffee and caramel lead, with a soft curl of tobacco and the faintest whisper of char. Warm, not smoky.
Palate. Smooth vanilla up front, then malted barley opening across the middle. Walking a barley field mid-harvest, under an ochre evening sky. Sweet apple sits at the back, honey lingering deeper still.
Finish. Long, sweet, and rounded. The caramel that greeted us at the barrel stays with you to the last.
Non-chill-filtered. Bottled at 46% ABV. One of only 180 bottles.
